WE ARE CHARGING HOLIDAY PEAK RATES, THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
During the days listed below there will be an additional
$5.00 PER DAY PER DOG FEE
during our busy season to help compensate out staff throughout the holidays.

Cancellations : If you decide to cancel your reservation, please give us 24-hour notice to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
For the all major US holidays, we will require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit by the 10th of the holiday month.

About Our Pet RESORT

We are a pet boarding, daycare, and grooming facility where cats, dogs, bunnies, and guinea pigs are all welcome. Come visit us at Happy Tales where we pride ourselves in lots of play time and interaction to keep your pet busy while you are away. Our playgroups are supervised at all times for maximum enjoyment of every dog. Play time ranges from 2-6 hours per day depending on weather and temperature. Our indoor boarding facility is climate-controlled and includes indoor and outdoor play yards with plenty of shade, artificial grass, and play structures. We want your pets to be comfortable, and most importantly to have a fun-filled boarding experience with us!

Daycare
Bring your dog to us for a day of fun and socializing! Your dog will get supervised group play two times a day in outdoor and indoor (climate-controlled) play areas. Dogs get between 2-6 hours of play time each day depending on weather and temperature outside. Nature Walks, personal play time and Ball Tosses are available for an additional fee.

Grooming
We offer a full-service gentle grooming salon that offers some of the best prices in town. Let us do the dirty work while your away and get your pet smelling clean and looking good. And, we take the care to hand blow-dry all of our furry clients!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Regular (non-holiday) stays require 24 hour cancellation notice or a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
Federal holiday stays require 72 hour cancellation notice or a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee will be charged.
